| Here's their story: I took on my city by myself. Please add to your list of approved cities Concord, NC got that done in Oct 2002. It states that only 2 pbp per household, must be spayed/neutered and current on all vacs and registered with IPPR, and must not stand over 24" and weigh over 150 lbs, any household that had over the limit at the time of approval can keep them but not replace any until down to the limit.
